CORVUS KNIVES

Starting in the rugged Sierra Nevada of California as a personal project, I set out to make a knife that complimented my scavenger mindset and outdoor lifestyle while remaining simple. As it turns out there, are a lot of other people out there who also enjoy that sort of thing. Four years later, a couple of hundred knives, a few wildfires, a global pandemic, and one really long drive, 2022 finds me deep within the Boreal forest of the Northwoods continuing to make knives daily. Currently, I have to balance grind time with restoring an old homestead in an environment that receives seven months of snowfall annually.

I draw my inspiration from knowledge and prior experience, world travel, and an undying discipline to never be without a knife.

Below is a gallery that represents some of my past work. Due to current demand, I will not be taking custom orders.

Corvus Survival knives are handmade by me, Jerry Saunders.
